Hoje é dia de Jean Paul Gaultier e, para essa deliciosa resenha, lhes trago um dos perfumes mais carregados em deboche e ousadia lançados atualmente, porém antes disso vamos lembrar um pouco sobre o Monsieur Gaultier.
Um jovem parisiense que não teve formação técnica em desenho ou moda, mas que mesmo assim persistiu em perseguir seu objetivo e mostrar ao mundo um estilo de moda fora das convenções, enviando seus desenhos a diversos estilistas parisienses, Gaultier atraiu a atenção de Pierre Cardin que o convidou para ser assistente no início da década de 1970. No entanto, ele queria mais, desejava sua própria marca, com lançamentos próprios e por esse motivo em 1976 lança a primeira coleção com seu nome. Outro ponto muito interessante em sua marca se deve ao seu irreverente estilo de modelos nada convencionais, como tatuados, gordos e tudo aquilo que até então era deixado à margem do mundo fashion. Nesse tempo o visionário estilista ficou conhecido como Le enfant terrible.

Seu visual sarcástico e debochado atraiu a atenção de Madonna, para quem ele produziu o figurino de uma de suas turnês do início da década de 1990, de modo que essa projeção no mundo pop lançou definitivamente Jean Paul no mundo das grandes massas e fortaleceu a sua imagem desejável e moderna. Como todo grande nome da moda, Gaultier também possui uma linha de fragrâncias.
Fleur du Male é uma criação do nose Francis Kurkdjian, que já produziu perfumes renomados, para Aqua di Parma, Dior e Narciso Rodriguez se apoiou exatamente na inovação e quebra de paradigmas da perfumaria masculina clássica introduzindo no centro de sua magnífica composição a nota de neroli (flor de azahar), nota que sempre teve um caráter de sexualidade reprimida e virginal, usada há séculos tão somente como tema de perfumes femininos que necessitam de uma brancura. Uma nota que excita pelo incrível tema angelical e ao mesmo tempo altamente sensual e lascivo. Esta temática dual e romantizada também traz à memória a coletânea de poemas de Charles Baudelaire chamada Les Fleurs du Mal, obra master do poeta, um desbravador de temas existenciais contra o conservadorismo francês.
Com uma saída forte que lembra cascas de laranja e limão, composta por petit grain, o perfume causa um forte impacto aromático que misturado ao acorde de espuma de barbear, também conhecido como brut, abre um delicioso e carnal ramalhete de flores de laranjeira, incrivelmente brancas e imaculadas, momento onde o deboche de Jean Paul Gaultier torna-se presente, pois a nota em nada lembra o universo masculino tal como o conhecemos, dando um caráter ambíguo que é acentuado pela cumarina. Este componente se mostra como um letreiro de néon indicando que o prazer de sentir a pele perfumada é interminável. É como se um jovem homem pronto à conquista estivesse dançando freneticamente sob vários jogos de luzes e exercesse uma atração em todas as mulheres( e/ou também homens) da pista de dança como um ser luminoso no centro da pista. E quando as luzes finalmente se acendem e se tornam mais claras, ele escolhe aquela mulher(ou aquele homem) que mais lhe agrada, o momento da suave brancura noturna.
O perfume segue a linha de criatividade construindo seu final com a cumarina ainda mais pulsante. É aromática e tecnicamente um exemplo a ser seguido, com uma intensidade excelente, uma composição altamente diferenciada e uma fixação surpreendente. Fleur du Male abre uma nova fase da perfumaria masculina onde as flores que tradicionalmente sempre foram para as mulheres, agora são usadas por homens sem problema algum, a não ser o de despertar um mistério e desejo de ficar cada vez mais perto do rastro de um homem perfumado.

Today is day of Jean Paul Gaultier and for this delicious review, I bring to you one of the most irreverent and audacious fragrances released in the last times, however before tell you about it let's remember something about Monsieur Gaultier.
A young parisian who did not have technical educational background in design or fashion, but persisted pursuing his target and showed to the world a fashion style out of traditions, sending his drawings to diverse fashion designers from Paris, Gaultier attracted the attention of Pierre Cardin who invited him to be an assistant in the beginning of the decade of 70. However, Gaultier wanted more, wished having his own brand, with his releases and , because of these reasons in 1976 he launched his first collection. Other interesting point in his brand is the irreverent style of models completely unconventional as tatoo and fat ones and everything that was left apart of the standard of the fashion world. In that time, the visionary fashion designer became known as Le enfant terrible.
His sarcastic visual and perveted attracted the attention of Madonna, she produced to her exclusive clothing models for one of her tours in the beginning of decade of 90; in certain way this projection in the pop world took Jean Paul to the world of the masses and strengthened his desirable and modern image. As every big name in the fashion, Gaultier also has a line of fine fragrances.
Fleur du Male is a creation of the nose Francis Kurkdjian, who has already composed fragrances for renowned brands as Aqua di Parma, Dior and Narciso Rodriguez. Kurkdjian based this new JPG work exactly in the innovation and the break of paradigms in the classic male perfumery, introducing in the center of his wonderful composition the note of neroli (Azahar flower), note that always had a characteristic of supressed and virginal sexuality, used for centuries only as theme of feminine perfumes which need some whiteness. A note that is exciting because its incredible angelic theme and, on the same time, highly sensual and lascive. This dual thematic, also romantic brings to the memory the collection of the poems of Charles Baudelaire called Les Fleurs du Mal, masterpiece of this poet, other man who broke paradigms through his existencial themes against the french conservativeness.
With a strong opening that reminds me of orange and lemon peels, composed by petit grain, the perfume causes a strong aromatic impact that is mixed to the chord of a shaving foaming cream, also known as brut , opens a delicious and carnal bouquet of orange blossoms, incredibly white and immaculated, moment in which the debauch of Jean Paul Gaultier is present, because the note does not remember anything from the male universe we are used to knowing, then the note implies an ambiguous characteristic that is reinforced by the cumarin note. This component is shown as a neon placard sinalizing that the pleasure of smelling a fragrance skin may be endless. This strong luminosity is like the lights games of a rave, creating various effects on those who feel them.
It is like to imagine a young man ready to a flirtation night , dancing in a frenetic manner under many lights games and he is observed and desired by attraction for all women (and/or men) in the dance house, he is like a luminous man centered by women(and/or men). And when finally lights become clear, he chooses that woman (or man) who pleases him, the moment of the soft nocturnal whiteness.
The fragrance follows the line of creativeness, building its final with the cumarin more and more intense. It is aromatic and technically an example to be followed, with an excellent intensity, a distinctive compositon and amazing long lasting. Fleur du Male opens a new phase of the male perfumery where flowers that are traditionally for women, now are used by men without any problem, they just arouses the mystery and the desire of being closer to the scent of a fragrant man.
