Quando se transita na perfumaria global com uma intensa paixão por este universo múltiplo cheio de tradição, História, Arte e diversos cheiros, acabamos se tornando um viajante mesmo com os pés firmados no chão. Criado em 2001 pelo renomado perfumista Olivier Cresp(também criador de Thierry Mugler Angel), Light Blue traduz uma das grandes características de Monsieur Cresp: a paixão. A fragrância é inebriante e a paixão é um sentimento que simplesmente acontece, desestrutura o nosso eu e nos domina de uma forma repentina e complexa. A inspiração veio a partir deste espírito italiano que traz e também captura a energia, o entusiasmo, a beleza e a paixão. Tudo isso com muita leveza retomando elementos como o céu, o mar, o sol e toda a paisagem de uma Sicília intensa e inesquecível assim como uma viagem à Itália em pleno verão.

Light Blue, embora aparentemente simples, leve e versátil, olfativamente é complexo e aí jaz a sua originalidade e criatividade. É um floral frutal que não se empobrece como outros florais frutais do mercado porque a forma como Olivier Cresp orquestrou os elementos o tornam simplesmente diferente de tudo o que já foi criado nesta categoria, as notas estão muito bem entrelaçadas e fundidas no mix sem nenhuma característica óbvia demais e, com isso, Light Blue consegue ser uma fragrância fresca, transparente e leve e, ao mesmo tempo, despertar uma curiosidade com relação à sua composição.


A fragrância não é muito doce e não expande de forma extrema o odor das frutas muito menos o das flores. Seu cheiro cítrico não se configura como o padrão de notas cítricas em outras fragrâncias, mais ácido e fresco e, os acordes do âmbar e almíscar da base não se parecem com estas mesmas notas usadas nas bases de outros florais frutais. Light Blue é único em cada faceta como virar os olhos para um ponto do mar e ter a certeza absoluta de que esta imagem não mais se repetirá, seu flash ficará gravado na memória.

When we move across the global perfumery with an intense passion for this multidiverse universe full of tradition, History, Art and many scents, we become travelers although we keep our feet on the ground. That is the feeling I have had every day, as an observer that walks along real and ludic landscapes which are placed in front of me. There are new cultures, new people, new teachings and learnings. Hence, what is an olfactive journey becomes much more real than the intensity of the vacation trip which lasts only one month. Traveling olfactively is travel forever, without concerns of goings and comings. Traveling olfactively is eternalise the gift of smelling in which it is possible to smell the scent of the life and the death, the hell and the paradise.


One of the most immeasurable learnings when someone has more intimacy with the perfumery, intimacy with efforts in smelling scents and making an opinion about its diverse origins through concepts and fragrances brands is to develop the sensibility and the rationality to see different inspirational sources in perfume designers and their customers. This would be the core learning of being an observer of the great details that take part in a journey and in places where moments are lived.


In this context, the perfumery originated in Italy and fragrance creations that are inspired by this country have a close relationship with the water element through the sea. Bruno Acampora , founder of Bruno Acampora Profumi, one of the most traditional niche perfumery in Italy was one of the lovers of the Capri Blue Sea that was the inspiration for his fragrance fragrância Blu. The fragrance is an intoxicating fragrance and the passion is a feeling that simply happens, move ourselves and domain us in a sudden and complex way. The inspiration comes from this italian spirit that brings and also captures the energy, the enthusiasm, the beauty and the passion. Everything with much lightness evoking elements as the sky, the sea, the sun and all the landscape of one intense and unforgettable Sicily like a journey to Italy in a summer time.

Light Blue, even though apparently be simple, light and versatile, olfactively it is complex to smell and that is its point of originality and creativeness. It is a fruity floral that is not scented poor like others fruity florals in the market because the way how Olivier Cresp arranged the ingredients become the perfume completely different from everything ever created in this category, the notes are very well melt in the mixture without having any obvious characteristic and, therefore, Light Blue can be fresh, transparent and light and, at the same time, extremely able to awake curiosity about its composition.


The fragrance is not very sweet and also does not expand in an extreme way its scent of fruits neither flowers. Its citrusy scent is not designed like the standard one found in some citrusy accords, mostly acid and fresh and ,the chords of amber and musk in the basenotes don't seem to these same notes as the way they are used in the base of others fruity florals. Light Blue is unique in each facet, it is like to turn the eyes and focus a point on the sea having the absolute conviction that this picture will not be repeated again, its flash will be kept in the memory.

Initially, there is a citrusy and energic accord which is, at the same time, sophisticated and sensual. This opening combines Sicilian cedar and apple and it is quite sparkling. During its development, the fragrance causes an impressive wellness, mainly when the floral bouquet composed by bluebells, jasmine and white roses let the fragrance more delicate and the smooth green scent of bamboo fills the spirit with the sensation of being closer to a strengthening and relaxing nature, caring the body, mind and spirit, feeling the freshness that is shared by the sea. When the woody and ambery accords advance, the skin gets warmer and better involved by the musk and some sinous hints of amber, always keeping the hot and sexy aspect of the brand of these controversial brothers D&G.

Light Blue is like its fragrance designer: spiritual, creative and passionate, such as the D&G fashion and the Italy always will be.
