A Scent-Tip traz uma sugestão de cheiro, sendo perfume, qualquer outro produto com aplicação de fragrância ou um aroma especial que se destaca na semana por ter um cheiro especial o qual temos o prazer de compartilhar com o nosso perfumado leitor.

A dica dessa semana é o Sabonete Exfoliante cremoso de Açai, da linha Nativa SPA O Boticário. Seguindo a onda do açai, uma das mais supremas riquezas naturais da Amazônia Brasileira e também o rastro da concorrente Natura, O Boticário lançou a Linha AÇAI, que acompanha também um mousse hidratante maravilhoso. O Açai, além das propriedades hidratantes e nutritivas, dá uma sensação de cuidar da pele e não deixá-la envelhecer porque há ativos anti-oxidantes em sua composição.

The Scent-Tip features a suggestion of scent, a perfume, any other product with fragrance application or distinctive aroma which is highlighted in the week as a special scent and that we have the pleasure of sharing about with our fragrant reader.

The tip of this week is the Açai Nourishing Exfoliating Creamy Body Soap, from O Boticário Nativa SPA range. Following the açai wave, one of the most supreme natural richness from Brazilian Amazon and also in the trail of the Company's competitor, Natura, O Boticário has also released one AÇAI range, which accompanies a wonderful moisturizing mousse. Açai, besides its hydrating and nutritive's properties, also provides the sense of skin care, of avoiding the skin aging because there are antioxidant action in its composition.

The exfoliant soap is a delight because it has a very good consistency for this type of beauty product, with grains that remind of fruity particles that adhere better to the skin cleaning and the smell... ymmmy... is red fruits that is the market trendy to compose the scent of açai, then the pleasure of this product is its scent that reminds of berries yogurt's scent, indeed it smells very delicious in the olfaction. Perfumaria: Retrospectiva 2009 - A Safra do Açai Brasileiro/ The crop of Brazilian Açai

Spotlight: The Crop of Brazilian Açai, part of Perfumery: Retrospective 2009  by Perfume da Rosa Negra

Este ano foi o ano do Açai no Brasil, o delicioso fruto da palmeira açaizeiro  (Euterpe Oleracea) usado na alimentação da Região Amazônica e, principalmente, entre os loucos por academia e por saúde em todo o país que usam a fruta como combustível, uma excelente fonte de energia se usado com moderação dado o seu alto nível calórico.

Antes dos últimos 15 anos, o fruto era muito mais conhecido e utilizado entre as populações nativas da Amazônia, Venezuela e Equador, no entanto ele se popularizou na alimentação brasileira como uma febre do Açai, principalmente entre o público jovem, tendo sua polpa usada em sucos, sobremesas, geléias, sorvetes e vitaminas, em nutritivas combinações com frutas e cereais.

Este ano, a indústria brasileira de cosméticos usou o Açai de forma intensa no segundo semestre como uma fervorosa febre na aplicação de fragrâncias em perfumação corporal e produtos de cuidados pessoais como sabonetes, esfoliantes, cremes hidratantes, óleos corporais. Nesta competição, entraram as duas grandes líderes nacionais em perfumaria: Natura e O Boticário.

Natura lançou a linha Natura Ekos Açai usando o vinho do Açai de procedência orgânica com destaque para o Frescor Açai, uma colônia refrescante que mistura notas verdes frescas com o cheiro de frutas vermelhas e a manteiga esfoliante de Açai, de excelente textura para a remoção de células mortas.  O vinho do Açai é obtido após o fruto ser despolpado e misturado à água ficando com uma consistência grossa e, desta forma, pode ser industrializado e/ou consumido. Demais produtos com esta aplicação de fragrâncias na composição foram o sabonete esfoliante e o cremoso, a polpa hidratante  para pernas e pés e o óleo corporal trifásico. A linha é comercializada na safra,como edição limitada, finalizando o ciclo de vendas em Janeiro de 2010.

O Boticário entrou na acirrada competição, seguindo a tendência do mercado e lançou na sua linha concorrente, a Nativa SPA, produtos com aplicação de cheiro de Açai. A linha não conta com colônia, mas traz deliciosos produtos como creme de massagem nutritivo para os pés, o flan hidratante, o sabonete cremoso esfoliante e o sabonete nutritivo. Destaque especial para o flan hidratante que tem um cheiro de sorvete de açai com o apelo cremoso do flan yogurt. A linha é permanente e não está prevista nenhuma interrupção nas vendas.

Açai é tão brasileiro, tão enérgico, tão delicioso. Só posso dizer a todos os envolvidos em trazer a tradicional "inovação" do Açai: Parabéns e que venham novas safras, 100% brasileiras.

This year was the year of the Açai in Brazil, the delicious fruit from the açaizeiro palm tree (Euterpe Oleracea) used in the food of the Amazon region and, mainly, among the gym fanatics for a good health in all the country who  use the fruit as a combustible, an excellent energy source if eaten in a moderate way considering its high caloric level.

Before the last 15 years, the fruit was much more known and used among the native people in the Amazon, Venezuela and Ecuador, however it becomes popular in the Brazilian alimentation like the Açai fever, mainly among the young public , having its fruit pulp used in juices, desserts, jam, ice creams and vitamin, in nutritive combinations with fruits and cereal.

This year, the cosmetics Brazilian industry used the Açai in an intense way from its second semester like a vivacious fever in the fragrance application in body perfumery and personal care products such as creamy  and exfoliating soaps, moisturizing body creams and body oils. In this competition the two leading companies in national perfumery are:  Natura and O Boticário.

Natura released in Ekos range the Natura Ekos Açai  using the Açai wine derived from organic Açai . In its spotlight, the Frescor Açai, a refreshing cologne which mixes fresh green notes with the scent of berries and the exfoliating butter of Açai with an excellent texture for dead skin cells removal. The Açai wine is obtained after the fruit is pulped and blended to a water  becoming a dense mixture and, in this way, can be industrialized and/or consumed. Others products with this fragrance application in their compositions are the exfoliating and creamy soap, the hydrating cream for legs and feet and the triphasic body oil. This range is sold during the crop, as limited edition and its sales cycle finalizes in January, 2010.

Boticário also is in the strong competition in Açai products, following the Açai trendy and released in its competitive range,  Nativa SPA, products with application of Açai scent. The line doesn't have a cologne, however features delightful products like the nourishing massage cream for feet, the moisturizing flan, the creamy exfoliating soap  and the nourishing soap. Special highlight to the flan, scented as an açai ice-cream with a creamy appeal of flan yogurt. The range is permanent and is not supposed to have its sales interrupted.

Açai is so Brazilian, so energic and so delightful. What I can say to all involved on bringing this traditional "innovation" that is Açai: Congratulations and that new crops come, 100% Brazilian.

Frutas Tropicais

As frutas tropicais são diversas e são determinadas por serem cultivadas nos trópicos, em climas mais quentes, sub-tropicais ou tropicais. De maneira geral, muitas frutas, inclusive alguma das vermelhas, cítricas e aquosas se encaixam nesta categoria como as groselhas, a laranja, o abacaxi e a toronja. Em perfumes, as frutas tropicais conferem uma vitalidade, sensualidade, alegria ao mix que é mais ainda evidenciado pelo seu caratér de sumo, embora algumas notas são utilizadas de forma mais sutil em seu aspecto frutal.

Tropical Fruits

Tropical fruits are diverse and are determined by growing well closer to tropics, in warmer climates, sub-tropicals and tropicals. In a general manner, many fruits, including some red, citrus and aqueous ones fit to this category such as currants, orange, pineapple and tangerine. In perfumes, tropical fruits give more vitality, sensuality, joy to the mix that is more apparent in its juicy characteristic,although some notes are used in a subtle way in their fruity aspect.

Papaya is very rare in perfumes and the reproduction of this scent is not interesting because is unpleasant. In this example, Perfect Nectar is a joyful and soft celebration of exotic fruits with a pleasant peach scent. Wonderful nectar! Embora Guerlain Mitsouko tem uma adorável clássica nota de pêssego, Péché Cardinal é uma nova opção com uma agradável saída da nota envolta às nuances cremosas da noz de coco e da tuberosa, que lembra também a sensação aveludada da casca da fruta.
Notas: Davana, pêssego, noz de coco, groselha negra, tuberosa, ameixa seca, lírio, cedro, musk e madeira de sândalo.

Even though Guerlain Mitsouko has a pleasant classic note of peach, Péché Cardinal is a new option with nice opening of this note involved by creamy nuances of coconut and tuberose, that reminds me of the velvety sensation of the fruit bark.

A nota de maracujá, presente em alguns florais frutais,normalmente entra no mix geral frutal, como um "cocktail", no entanto, em Juicy Couture a combinação de frutas inicial culmina em uma deliciosa base gourmand de baunilha e créme brulée, a melhor fase da fragrância.
