Como serão as próximas semanas de moda sem Alexander Mcqueen? Quem nos dará um fashion show de magnífica beleza e exotismo atordoante  e futurístico e atordoante? Onde encontraremos as caveiras ícone do império construído por ele?

Essas são as perguntas que não saem de nossa mente desde o trágico suicídio de Mcqueen.  Um rapaz de origem simples, filho de um taxista, nascido em uma periferia londrina sem muitas expectativas e que viu no fashionismo o portal para muitas outras dimensões que nem todos conseguem ver.  Uma trajetória rápida, porém sólida adquiriu reconhecimento no início dos anos 90 passando a integrar o núcleo criativo de marcas famosas como Gucci, por exemplo, mas sua mente incontrolavelmente genial não se deixou acorrentar por regras de marcas tradicionalistas e a partir desse momento Alexander decidiu  montar sua própria marca.

Com desfiles dramáticos, e extremamente chocantes que sempre deixaram bem claro que o jovem estilista não veio pra passeio, mas sim para deixar marcas profundas cravadas em nosso conceito de moda e tendência atuais. Abrir horizontes onde materiais e estruturas que parecem ao primeiro olhar impossíveis de serem usadas como vestimenta, calçado ou acessórios pela sua rigidez, tamanho ou mesmo pelo fato de não condizerem anatomicamente com o nosso corpo.

Como não poderia deixar de acontecer essa mente genial também abriu um portfólio de fragrâncias em sua marca, como dois perfumes emblemáticos My Queen e Kingdom, fragrâncias extremamente originais ou como prefiro chamar UFO’s  da perfumaria, a delicadeza medieval de My Queen vai de encontro aos arroubos explicitamente sexuais de Kingdom, aromas de hipnotizante complexidade que perfumam peles mundo a fora, com seus frascos dignos de premiação artística My Queen com seu roxo ametista introspectivo e místico repleto de facetas cristalinas e com uma tampa que coroa a criação, já Kingdom com seu frasco de vermelho sangue, intenso e quente, recoberto por uma camada de metal cromado representando um miocárdio humano, onde o spray faz às vezes de artéria e o incrível reflexo espelhado da parte interna do frasco duplica as imagens, nos dando a impressão de ver um coração real cortado na diagonal. McQueen também glamourizou mais ainda sua marca e a beleza estética e fashionista lançando, em parceria com a marca de cosméticos MAC, sua coleção especial de maquiagem de inverno.

Infelizmente essa alma criativa e única foi vítima de seu inconformismo, como é comum aos grandes gênios da historia, mentes indomáveis seguem trajetória também indomáveis, o anseio de transcender a carne é maior até mesmo que a vontade de viver. Uma perda incalculável para a cultura da moda e arrisco dizer que da arte propriamente dita.  A nós que formamos O Perfume da Rosa Negra lamentamos sua morte e fica esta singela homenagem póstuma a este grande artista.

How will be the next fashion weeks without  Alexander Mcqueen? Who will provide us a fashion show of magnifiquè beauty and stunning and futuristic exotism? Where will we find the skulls, icon of the empire built by him?

These are questions that cannot leave our minds since the tragic suicide of McQueen. A man from humble origin, son of a tax driver and who as born in London' suburb without many expectations. He could envision in the fashion world the portal for many other dimensions. A fast journey, but vigorous that made him to be recognised at the beginning of 90's when he started to integrate the creative core of famous brands such as Gucci, for example, but his uncontrolly brilliant mind did not follow the rules that would prison him to the patterns of traditional brands and since that moment, Alexander decided to create his own brand.

Featuring dramatic fashion shows and also shocking that always demonstrate us the breakthrough intentions of this young fashion designer, through them McQueen could let deep marks penetrated in our fashion concepts and modern trendies. He could open new horizons where some materials and structures , which, at a first glance, would be impossible to be used as clothing, shoes and acessories by their ridigity became naturally suitable to fit anatomycally to our bodies.

As a new steep in his career he released his fragrances's range , something that was expected to  happen successfully, mainly considerig as inspiration his brilliant mind. He featured two emblematic perfumes My Queen and Kingdom, fragrances which are completely original as I prefer to call them UFO’s  of the perfumery, the medieval delicateness of My Queen meets the sexual plesures of Kingdom, scents of hypnotic complexity that have perfuming skins around the world, besides present fully artistic bottles, that is,  My Queen  has a wonderful purple amethist, introspective and mystical filled by crystalline facets and a cap that kings the creations. On the other hand, Kingdom brings a bottle of bloody red, intense and hot, recovered by a layer of chromated   metal representing  a  human myocardiumk, where the spray becomes sometimes the artery and the amazing shinning reflection  of the internal bottle's part which duplicates images, giving us the impression that there is a real heart cut in its diagonal side. McQueen also brought more and more glamour to his brand exulting the fashionist beauty and released in partnership with the Canadian cosmetics brand MAC his special makeup fall collection. 


Unfortunately this creative and unique soul was victim of his  inconformism, something that is very commom in the journey of great genius, untameable minds that follow also untameable destinies, the desire of transcending the carnal nature is bigger than the desire of living. A priceless loss for the fashion culture and I would say, a loss for the ART.  We, at Perfume da Rosa Negra regrets his death and, now, pays this simple posthumous homage for  this great artist.
