Dior Escale à Portofino é o primeiro da série, criado em 2008 e inspirado no porto que fica na região Norte da Itália, tradicional e fascinante destino para expressar o requinte do frescor italiano.

Desenvolvimento: Escale à Portofino é a mais genuína expressão do que a Itália tem de melhor em termos de influência em cheiros e aromas: a beleza, o glamour, o estilo fashion único e o joie de vivre italiano através do seu reconhecido cheiro refrescante, ao mesmo tempo, confortável e enérgico, simples e luxuoso. Este perfume tem o minimalismo da elegância baseada em uma alta qualidade de matérias primas com refinadas essências, em especial as cítricas e as de origem mediterrânea, como o limão siciliano e os acordes verdes amadeirados do ciprestre que dão um toque de identidade com a Itália. Este desenvolvimento é linear, porém vibrante, exaltando o vigor das matérias primas cítricas. Last times, they are offering, through its in-house perfumer, François Demachy, an exclusive perfumes range of elegant freshness and glamourous world destinies using to express it the allegory of a sea boat, also "olfactive" to lead us to inspiring scents in sophisticated places, the collection is named Croisière. Dior Escale à Portofino is the first fragrance of this range, created in 2008 and inspired by the port located in North of Italy, traditional and fascinating destiny to express the refinement of the Italian freshness.

Development: Escale à Portofino is the most genuine expression of what Italy has as its best in terms of scents and aroma influences: the beauty, the glamour, the unique fashion style and the joie vivre through its acclaimed refreshing scent, at the same time, comfortable and energic, simple and luxurious. This perfume has the minimalism of the elegance based in a high quality of raw materials with refined essences, mainly the citrusy ones and from Mediterranean sources such as the Sicilian lemon and the green woody accords of cypress which provide a touch of identity with the Italy. Its development is linear, but vibrant, evoking the vigour of citrus compounds. The best of the fragrance: The elegant beauty of the exclusive Maison Dior perfumery in joining excellent raw materials in their olfactive nobleness with the eternal freshness of a Italian summer. I absolutely love this sophisticated freshness!

The worst of the fragrance: Linear scent , but effective for the proposal of the fragrance. A con that is welcome and completely  forgivable!
