Perfume Review: Kenzo Amour Le Parfum, Kenzo

Kenzo amour(rosa) e Kenzo amour le Parfum (dourado)

(English version)

Waiting an engagement with
Kenzo Amour Le Parfum was the waiting for an oniric contemplation of an oriental pure gold image, a landscape which is able to burn the eyes with so much passion, looking at the sky without clouds and taken entirely by a luminous sun that makes the external eyes blind and also make them looking only to the inner side, my intimate one. The fragrance, according to the release, is "a trip of love replete of golden light coming from the Asia, modeles the contours, transmites sweet shadows in the innerside of the temples". In this way, it may be an olfactory journey: a dreams one, revealing my self-love, picturing the oriental images which are born and die in me, which reveal my shadows and hide them, but that at the end of the journey, point the light out and embroider colors , so necessary to my existence.

The golden bottle, of roundish forms evokes an imaginary bird and was created by the egyptian designer Karim Rashid . Nevertheless, this bird reminds me of the woman's silhouette and the woman is a bird. I'm a bird, I want to fly. The freedom is to have wings in one imagination which does not want to be tamed, an imagination which wants to travel in unknown ways. Therefore, this body has own light, a shininess that sparkles in the darkness even that the body seems to be fragile, lost in the desert which can be the soul. But the soul, this has life just as the body that dances, molded by its dazzling curves as the ritmic waves of a percussion in the middle of mysterious incenses. There the body is erect and mobile, wants life, flies feeling the wind of this exotic dry land that always feed, reposes voluptuously on the dust which is made and unmade in the desert sands, the dust where we are born and where we will die.

Kenzo Amour Le Parfum has the dryness of the remote lands, involved by the mysterious air that is as a ritualistic scent for the woman. A bird that is the sacrifice, above of all, me as a bird offering myself to me in this journey by Kenzo. At first, this old and dry land celebrates the heavy nebulosity of dusty vestiges where the divine deads may be beside me. The chords of incense, patchouli and amber are intense and bring the sultry heaviness and sumptuosity to the fragrance, in the same time a sensual benzoin from Siao burns the skin, irritating it positively in order to the wings be free as well as the chains that make me a prisoner in the middle of the darkness.

The oriental pungency with its exotic feminility is revived with the strong personification of the frangipani flower, also the godness note of Kenzo Amour tradicional and known by being offered to the gods in the temples of Asia as well as other notes which composed this mix, the rice and the vanilla. The Frangipani reigns sweet and powerful, still with balsamic amber residues and incense, taking possession of this olfactory journey with the imposingness of the Oriental Godness that seems to dominate me, calling me to the concrete spiritual connection insisting to make
Kenzo Amour Le Parfum penetrate in the dark temples of my emotions.

The aroma did not go in a great way into me as Kenzo Amour , but I made him to reach me. The aroma was not my oasis, but still I made myself oasis through this parfum. The aroma did not illuminate me in the olfactory darkness but I made myself my own light. I am the goldish oriental image in my fragrant onirism, the relic in person whose ancestral were divinities with gold faces. The woman of black and white incenses and also fine colored fabrics of the Orient. I am the bird-woman whose nose is transformed into wings in my olfactive journeys in the name of the love.
