Lalique é a renomada maison francesa especializada na manufatura luxuosa de vidro, o transformando em pura arte. Fundada pelo clássico master Renè Lalique que esteve à frente da direção desta excepcional marca ,responsável por criar, no âmbito da perfumaria, verdadeiras relíquias como frascos de perfumes para clientes peso-pesados como François Coty e Guerlain. Lalique é um nome de destaque na história da perfumaria arte, principalmente com seu estilo Art Noveau. Até agora, tem construído um império sustentado pelo background especializado na sublime escultura de luxo e, detém expertise e talento artístico para compor peças em cristal com inúmeros e, ainda, estilos únicos, mantendo seus altos níveis de qualificação neste ramo. Embora a companhia não tenha lançado fragrâncias consideradas "mainstream" quando comparadas ao seu poderoso estilo bem sucedido de esculpir formas, Lalique merece atenção levando em conta seus últimos lançamentos Encre Noire (masculino) e Amethyst(feminino), ambos criados pela perfumista Nathalie Lorson.
Imagine você que Encre Noire surge em minha vida como um perfume masculino realmente muito bom; focado na nota de vetiver que, na minha opinião, é uma das melhores notas para expressar a natural elegância, sedução e virilidade de um homem, principalmente quando o vetiver é bem dosado na fragrância com o objetivo de realçar os dois lados extremos da nota: ser escuro, balsâmico e pungente e, por outro lado, ser delicadamente leve amadeirado, elegante e ponderadamente doce. As duas características de um homem que é como um cristal negro, forte e frágil, misterioso e revelador, exótico e simples.
Encre Noire é fascinante como o ato de tocar as formas de um clássico frasco de fragrância esculpido por Lalique. O frasco e o perfume estão juntos para representar o poder perfumado de um mix composto por ciprestre, vetiver, almíscar e madeiras de cashmere. Na primeira cheirada, o aroma é provocativo e, então, o ato de cheirar qualquer fase do perfume é como o ato de pensar nos contornos do corpo de um homem, o corpo de um cristal negro.
Abrindo as notas de cabeça, a excitante surpresa é cheirar o aroma herbal e "similar à grama" dos ciprestes. Muito bonito, surprendente e raro aroma em fragrâncias; um viciante cheiro leve verde escuro que faz sentir-me completamente interessada nesta peça de Lalique. Aqui, os ciprestres me fazem recordar o cheiro de folhas secas que poderiam servir para compor um cigarillo. Em um primeiro momento, meus pensamentos são levados a imagens de florestas de pinhos e ciprestres, onde eu encontraria um homem de beleza nada usual, um homem clássico e elegante na Europa, naqueles países frios cujos homens poderiam ser muito sedutores e educadamente divertidos em seus secretos desejos.
Então o aroma dos ciprestres é rendido pelo vetiver e seus acordes viris. O perfume começa a aquecer-se para um aroma mais amadeirado balsâmico, de uma forma suave, escuro mas não ofensivo. Depois de tocar este cristal negro, percebi que há nuances cítricas muito discretas, mais citrinas. Há uma claridade neste vetiver misturado a sombras de uma singela doçura. É um vetiver diferente quando comparado ao Vetiver Oriental de Serge Lutens, um dos meus favoritos, porque em Encre Noire ele é bem mais natural, mantendo o rastro aromático do verde-amadeirado-terroso. Em Vetiver Oriental , há uma relevante influência da iris e das nuances adocicadas. Além disso, o vetiver de Encre Noire não é de natureza olfativa altamente pesada e escura como o óleo de Khus e outras fragrâncias mais acentuadas na nota.
Encre Noire é uma fragrância atrativa e tem personalidade no vetiver, então é um perfume para amantes desta nota. Em um mercado que tem se comportado de forma muito má com os homens, lançando perfumes pobres em aroma(em comparação às melhores opções em fragrâncias femininas), Encre Noire é como encontrar um raro cristal, um daqueles que não pode ser quebrado.

Lalique is a renowned French maison in glassmaking, transforming it into pure art. Founded by its classic master Renè Lalique, who for a long time was ahead in the direction of this outstanding brand, responsible for creating, in the perfumery field, true fragrance glasses bottles for heavy-weight clients as François Coty and Guerlain. Lalique is a magnificent name in the history on the perfumery art, mainly specialized in its Art Noveau. Until now, Lalique has built an empire sustained by its background for years through its majestic craftsmannship and artistic gift in composing crystal pieces, keeping its qualified name in this business. Although the company has not released mainstream fragrances in its range in comparison to its powerful and successful sytle of sculpturing forms, Lalique deserves attention on its latest perfumes as Encre Noire (for men) and Amethyst(for women), both designed by perfumer Nathalie Lorson.
Imagine you that Encre Noire appears in my life as a real very good perfume for men; focused on a note of vetiver that is, in my opinion, one of the best notes to express the natural elegance, seduction and virility of a man, specially when vetiver is well-dosed in the blending in order to value its extreme sides as being dark, balsamic and pungent and, on the other hand, being delicately light woody, elegant and slightly sweet. The two features of a man, who is like a black crystal, strong and fragile, misterious and revealing, exotic and simple.
Encre Noire is fascinating as the act of touching forms of a classic fragrance bottle sculptured by Lalique. The bottle and its fragrance are together to represent the fragrant power of this mix composed by cypress, vetiver, musk and cashmeran woods. At a first whiff, the scent is provocative and then, the act of smelling any phase of the fragrance is like the act of thinking about the body man's contours, the black crystal body.
Opening top notes, the exciting surprise is smelling the herbal grassy scent of cypress. Very gorgeous, surprising and rare aroma on fragrances; an addictive refined light dark green smell that makes me feel completely interested in this Lalique piece. Here, cypress scent reminds me of the smell of dry leaves that would serve as material to compose some cigarette. At the first moment, my thoughts are taken for images of exotic forests of Pines and Cypress, where I could meet an unsual beauty man, some classy and elegant man in Europe, in those cold countries whose men would be very sensual and politely playful in their secret desires.
Then, cypress aroma is rendered by vetiver and its virile aroma. The scent starts to warm up to a woody balsamic-like aroma, in a subtle manner, dark but not offensive. After touching this black crystal in a delicate way, I realized some very discrete citrusy hints, some clarity on this vetiver, blended to some sweetness shades. It is a different vetiver one when compared to Serge Lutens Vetiver Oriental, one of my favorites vetiver based fragrances, because in Encre Noire this note is more natural , keeping the harmonic green-woody-earthy scent. In Vetiver Oriental, there is a relevant influence of iris and sweet nuances. Moreover this Encre Noire's vetiver is not overly dark as a Khus Oil and others strong scented vetiver fragrances.
Encre Noire is a compelling fragrance and has personality on vetiver note, then the fragrance is for vetiver-lovers. In a market that behaves very evil with men, releasing poor male perfumes (in comparison to a better range of women's fragrances), Encre Noire is like to find a rare glass, a glass that cannot be broken.
